Open access statement


Technology of IOT&AI  flipped to an open access journal since 2024, and all articles published ever since are immediately and permanently available for readers to read and download free of charge. These articles are open access with user’s rights defined by CC BY-NC 4.0 License. Articles published before 2024 are not open access, but readers can read and download from databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data, China Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP), etc.

License policy


This journal employs the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 (CC BY-NC 4.0), permitting third-party users to copy and distribute the journal’s articles in any medium or format, provided that the third-party users adhere to the terms of the license agreement: When copying and distributing the journal’s articles, third-party users must give appropriate credit, link to the license, and indicate if changes were made to the original articles. Credit may be given in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the journal endorses their use. The articles may not be used for commercial purposes. Copyright policy


For open access publishing, all authors agree to sign the Copyright Agreement  to transfer the copyright of their articles, including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, distribution, online dissemination, translation, and compilation, to the Editorial Department of Technology of IOT&AI,  but the author has the right to allow third parties to share their articles (such as stored in the institutional repository) in accordance with the Creative Commons license agreement. At the same time, the author can also use this article for other academic (non-commercial) purposes (CC BY-NC).

Repository Policy


All articles since 2024 are electronically archived and backed up in the editorial department, the full text can be downloaded from the journal’s website free of charge. In the event that the journal stops operating, readers can access historical articles from databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data, China Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP), etc. 
The journal allows authors to store all versions of their articles in an institutional or other knowledge repository of their choice. However, it should be indicated in the repository that the article was originally published in Technology of IOT&AI.
